1997 was the year of birth of my consulting work. Since then, I have accompanied the most diverse transformation processes in national and international projects. In the first 10 years, project management was in the foreground. From practical experience, I became a convinced proponent for change management consulting in order to make a contribution to effective change processes for my clients. Regardless of the industry, the type of organisation or the impetus for the change process (from "gentle" organisational development to "hard" restructuring), I bring with my consulting work a broad portfolio of practice-proven change interventions to all levels of the organisation. I supplemented my experience as a consultant with a position as managing director in the dental industry.
Training / certifications
In my consulting / work it is important to me ... to design the change process so that the different perspectives of the organisation can be incorporated into the solution finding.
My favourite game ... Doppelkopf (German card game): who with whom or solo? Best group dynamics amid playful uncertainty.
I am enthusiastic about ... "simple things": implementing a large but also small ideas directly and wisely fulfils me (meanwhile) more than designing sophisticated, long-term, comprehensive plan of measures.
