Today employees and managers are expected to think and work strategically and operationally. Not everyone is aware of these two different ways of thinking. When does which make sense? When and how do I set the mindset to "strategic"?
mindSTOP is a workshop in which the participants are introduced to the different ways of thinking (strategic vs. operational) in a playful Formula 1 setting. They develop an awareness of when which is used sensibly and reflect on what it means for them personally as a team. Furthermore, great importance is attached to the transfer to everyday life of the participants: strategically steer and operationally accelerate more efficiently!
