In an increasingly complex work environment, the expectations of leadership and collaboration are also changing. The flexibility of recent years presents new challenges for leaders, as they must reconcile the diverse needs of their team members.

Reflect on your leadership behavior and make agreements with your team for effective and efficient collaboration:

• Coaching for the leader:
  What is my understanding of leadership? Why do conflicts frequently arise?
• Team workshop on collaboration:
  What are the expectations of both the leader and the team members? What agreements do we want to make for our collaboration?
• Team retrospective
  Several weeks after the workshop, review the agreements. What is working well for us? What is hindering us? What do we need to adjust?

For €2,200 (plus VAT), you can reflect on your leadership understanding and behavior and establish rules with your team for your collaboration.

Through the retrospective, these rules will be reviewed, and you will learn to regularly discuss collaboration and leadership.
