Anchoring agility sustainably in the organisation
Most companies will still need different ways of working, i.e. traditional and agile. The challenge is to harmonise the processes of the two.
With agilerate we promote understanding of both ways of working and how they can contribute to the success of the organisation. In various modules - spread over several days - the participants experience, play, discuss and reflect on how the framework conditions of their own company promote or inhibit the transformation to an agile organisation. Here factors such as organisational structure, process organisation, corporate culture and strategy play a role and are relfected and elaborated.
The participants are empowered to shape and walk the path of transformation by experiencing in a playful way what is meaningful and feasible for their organisation.
