Good team collaboration contributes massively to the success or otherwise. But what constitutes good collaboration and how can it be achieved? Successful teams regularly invest time in further developing their collaboration.
What about you? Good collaboration, bad collaboration?
Fruit Flow is a workshop for reflecting on teamwork. In the game you experience your collaboration in different tasks. You then reflect on what was helpful and when and what this specifically means for your collaboration in everyday work. From this, your team's own agreements are defined and recorded.
The workshop is rounded off with a keynote speech and subsequent discussion. The topic is agreed upon in advance with the client; examples can be: innovation and team, hybrid collaboration, dealing with stress in the team, dealing with team phases.
