Registration is binding after submitting the form. You have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days after registration. If there are less than 14 calendar days between registration and the first day of the event, the obligation to withdraw ends when the event begins. After confirming the registration and receiving the invoice, the participant is obliged to pay the participation fee without any deductions before the start of the event by the specified payment date. To process the payment correctly, the name of the participant and the invoice number must be stated when paying. The Value-added tax (VAT) is added on the course fee, which is shown separately.  

Cancellation of a registration must be made by writing (email, letter) to changefication GmbH. The reasons for cancellation or non-participation are for the organisers generally not relevant. The decisive factor is the receipt of the cancellation by changefication GmbH. If a registration is cancelled, the following cancellation fees apply: less than 7 days before the event, 75% of the participation fee, less than 21 days before the event starts, 50% of the participation fee, less than 35 days before the event begins, 25% of the participation fee, more than 35 days before no cancellation fees. 

The appointment of a replacement participant is possible at any time until the start of the event. 

For individual events or registrations, deviating from these regulations, special conditions can be agreed with the management of changefication GmbH. Only the written contract and written side-agreements are valid.

In addition, changefication GmbH as the organiser reserves the right to cancel an event due to lack of registrations and to transfer the course fees already paid in advance to the participant and to inform the participants concerned.
