Hybrid working has become part of our everyday working life. How do we structure our meetings? When does it make sense for us to meet in person in a room? On which topics can we work well together in a hybrid way (a mixture of face-to-face and remote participants)? What is good for us? Where do we see potential for improvement?
Space Changes is a workshop for working on hybrid collaboration. In the game, the participants experience the differences in working together in presence, remote and hybrid settings. They then reflect on what is helpful in which setting and agree on their own rules for effective and efficient meetings. The workshop is rounded up with a keynote speech and subsequent discussion. The topic will be agreed upon with the client in advance. Examples could be: lively meetings, tools for meetings, neuroscience of collaboration, strengthening collaboration in a team, dealing with stress in a team and as an individual.
