Leadership in agile times

The demands on leadership have changed significantly in recent years. New wishes come from all directions regarding the cooperation and the management of teams and employees. The latter expect to work in self-organised teams, to be able to use and maintain networks and to solve problems themselves, as we also know from agile working methods. It is not about an oasis of wellbeing, but to create the space for effective and successful cooperation. In this way, innovation, efficiency, employee and customer satisfaction can unfold. This requires a new way of leadership, which Robert Greenleaf has described as Servant Leadership.

With agilerate Leader, managers shape their own development as Servant Leader.

In various modules - remotely and on site, spread over several weeks - executives experience, play, discuss and reflect on their personal design of Servant Leadership. They get new impulses and concrete options for action.

The participants will be enabled to define their new leadership behaviour and to change it sustainably.
