I have been working as a consultant in and with organisations since 2003. As an external and internal consultant, I have accompanied, consulted, coached and qualified organisations in various national and international projects, working in different organisational, - structures and levels and their cultures. I lived in England for 10 years. I accompany change processes at organisational level, in units, departments and teams and develop the changefication consulting products with Alexander Straub.

In my consulting / work it is important to me… to create spaces in which people and organisations can thrive and develop.

My favourite game ... group games of all kinds, because experiencing and laughing together awakens creativity and life energy in me!

I am enthusiastic about ... the sea and the sun, preferably with friends doing sports and / or good food.
