On the road in a consulting context since 2006. From HR development to IT management and process management, finally ended up with agility. It was always important to me to make those affected involved, to adapt the change in content and speed to the needs and possibilities of the clients. As an internal and external consultant, I have consulted various industries and forms of organisation both nationally and internationally and therefore like to describe myself as a method consultant who does not bring the technically correct solution but the methods - sometimes as a consultant, sometimes as an agile coach – to develop a suitable solution with and for the client. These perspectives I also incorporate into the development of our products.

In my consulting / work it is important to me ... to inspire people for the change in such a way that they want to shape it themselves with joy and motivation.

My favourite game ... strategy games, both individually and in groups. Bringing ideas into practice and experiencing and adapting their effects in a timely manner is a pleasant change from the long strategy cycles in my work.

I am enthusiastic about… music and sports - sometimes active, sometimes passive and best surrounded by nice people.
